technically she wasn't born, she was made, and Hank
& Joyce aren't her parents, the monks made her... |
She
was 'The Key', sent to Buffy in the form of her
sister, so she would protect it no matter what.
As far as anyone knew Dawn had always been there,
memories were made for everyone involved and it
seemed real. When she found out, that she was nothing
more then some key made by monks she didn't handle
it very well. She slashed her arm with a big kitchen
knife, on Buffy's 20th birthday. Her mom was doing
fine when she left for school one day and while
in art class, Buffy came for her early. She made
Buffy tell her what was happening. That's when she
found out their mom was gone. After the funeral
she tried to bring back her mom, but Spike found
her. So they headed to the Doc's house and he told
her what she needed and how to do it. In the end
she tore up the image, breaking the spell.

| Glory
sent out some of her guys to study the Slayer, and
figure out who she valued most and protected above
all else. They figure The Key, to be Spike, but
they were wrong. Spike managed to escape, but injured.
Glory then thought Tara was The Key, wrong again,
and brain sucked her. Dawn was with Spike at the
time that happened and she was blaming herself for
his bruises and if anything happens to Tara, that
it would also be her fault. |

She
eventually got caught by Glory, thanks to Ben.
She had to watch as Spike tried to save her, and
the Doc threw him over the side. Then the Doc,
made several shallow cuts in her, to bleed her.
Buffy then got up there to, knock him over the
side. Dawn had to watch as Buffy took her place,
and stopped the blood flow.

Season
6 ... (As of Ep 1 & 2: Bargaining)
Buffy died... Dawn lives with Tara & Willow,
in the Summers House, with the Buffybot. They were
trying to keep it as though the Slayer was still
alive. Now Buffy Lives...
Ahh... What happened? I dunno... Um Buffy decided
to show her the world, she fought along side Buffy,
had a date with a vampire, was discovered as thief,
viewed the body of a friend, was left out of the
loop alot. |
